Never did since I did not think the cost of the two relays was a good trade-off for not been able to isolate the charger from the cart or having to make sure the BMS enclosure is adequate to dissipate the heat created by the charging current.
I will try to sketch something quickly and post in a while so You can see what it would look like. |

When using a single relay the BMS itself will stop the charger in case of a HV condition.
Make sure the BMS has at least twice the current capacity as the charger output and allow for heat dissipation in the enclosure around the BMS board.
