2003 electric club car loses power
2003 electric club car loses power going up hills then stops working, new batteries all terminals intact where is solinoid?

Solenoid should be under passenger seat on frame brace near wheel well. I doubt that you have a solenoid problem? How many times have you charged your new batterys since installing them as they need 15-20 charge cycles before coming to full power. Have you checked your "NEW BATTERYS" for amount of charge or the possiblity of a defective battery? Check each battery voltage with digital meter or better yet get a single float hydrometer with temperature correcting scale on side and check each cell and compare to state of charge readings in stickies above AFTER waiting at least one hour after charging. Sounds like you are just running out of power, meaning batterys are either low on charge or defective.
