Best disk brake set-up choice?
I can only afford to do front or rear disk brake set-up on my workhorse so which would give the best stopping power, the front + existing rear drums or rear disk only? Thanks for your input, also who has the best & most reliable set-up available?

I like the wheelsca set up on my workhorse!
They do require 10 inch wheels and are available in 7 or 9 inch discs..... |

Re: Best disk brake set-up choice?
I would do front first and leave the rear drums alone for now. Be careful when picking out your rims. I have actually found some 10 inch rims that will NOT fit when using the disk brakes. There aren't many out there that this would apply to but there are a few.

Re: Best disk brake set-up choice?
There is a new mechanical disk brake on the market. It is a drop in replacement for the stock drum brake. No drilling or modifications are necessary. A number of dealers are starting to stock these. Check out www.auscoproducts.com for more information. I have a set on my 2002 EZGO and they work great. No more stopping issues for me.
