You have given a great deal of good advice to many problems coming to the Forum. It is somewhat sad to note that your smart mouth attitude tends to overshadow your perhaps good intentions. Better people than I have called it to your attention but you must be a slow learner. We all mean well & try to help each other but I have never seen a post such as yours on the Forum. You must be a very sad guy with other issues. I guess my self control got a little loose here. Sorry about that but at 80yrs. old you get a little grumpy when confronted by a wise $ss.
By the way I have used duct tape (early military type) I used it to cover up five 30 cal. holes on the P51D I flew. It wasn't factory approved but it lasted a couple of weeks and was cheap & easy to replace when it came off. You probably aren't familiar with that airplane but I was "factory trained" to use it in Korea. I now have had a good day. You take care now and don't overcharge your batteries.

Bravo! Very well said, Sir. You make the point well that we have all come here to exchange ideas for the better, not to belittle one another with what we know. 28 years of practice and he still hasn't learned how to talk to people.
