battery arc? help
Ezgo cart not sure of year. New batteries new controller. Motor tested good. Wiring triple checked. Turn key on. Hit gas. Negative terminal on battery where b- connects and runs to controller arcs enough to make black Mark. Solenoid clicks. Also my voltage guage used to stay on all the time. Now only comes on when you hit the key.

The year is the last two digits of the manufacture code. It would help to know this.
Do you have a run/tow switch on the cart? Is the direction selector a rocker type switch? |

Check your cable carefully. It sounds like the wire itself has a bad connection to the terminal end. Both your battery posts and the terminal ends must be clean and snug!

No spark until you hit the pedal? What post on controller do you have negative batt running to?
