G2 Drum brake to disk brake conversion help
I encountered a road block while assembling the disk conversion bracket onto my G2. I followed the directions however, due to the disk brake bracket plate width, the bracket that keep the axel in place has a gap of about 3/16" away from the bearing. Am I supposed to engineer a spacer for this to work? When I bought this cart, there was no brakes assemblies at all. Disk brakes was the optimal and best solution in my mind.

I think it was a great choice. I would call the folks you bought it from and be prepared to send them a pic. If its a problem for you I'm sure they've heard it before. Good luck
