Default 2009 ST Express....I need more speed!!!

Hi guys,
Kinda new to carts, but I LOVE them!!! I went out this weekend, and bought a brand new, street legal for California, 2009 ST-Express. The cart is bad ***!!, but pretty slow. the specs say it only goes 13-16mph, but i think maybe more like 10mph. I need more speed, and there arent alot of mods out for the new Kawaski moter it has. Besides the gov (which i need help on if you can explain) what else can I do for speed?
Also, will the BU limited slip work on my cart, or the power kit??

Take it to your dealership for the adjustments. NOTHING at BU is worth your time or money.

The Express can run in the low 20's easily, with the proper govenor adjustments...

I'm trying to keep these post about the new engines tied to each other. works better when searching for info. Here's a link to one that has a link to the other.
