Default Replaced back-up buzzer

Took out the back-up buzzer and replaced it with a device purchased from Backup Tunes. Nice addition as it plays a tune when in reverse mode - much more pleasant than the buzzer. The cart is a 2018 4 passenger electric PTV

Thats awesome. I have been looking for a bright 48 volt indicator light I may be able to put in place of the buzzer.

Went to the site. Very cool idea but a bit pricey at $79.

Just how bright?

You could make a simple voltage divider circuit. This would allow you to run a lower voltage (easy to find) one.

Don't know the voltage but it is a direct replacement. I clipped the connector off of the buzzer and soldered it to the replacement and just bolted it to the frame and connected the wires. Very easy.

I have always wanted someone to come up with a better reverse buzzer, but for $79?!?!?

I want to wire up my F/R microswitch to 12v (or a reducer)and hook one of these up. Many more options, louder, and cheaper.

So the dum-dums standing behind you know they're about to be flattened.
