No There was no Manufacture tag on the cart.

fresh gas is a must, if its stale? pull the tank and flush, check the air cleaner for crap, i like to roll the engine over by hand to make it turns free, make sure the throttle moves and closes, install a known good battery and make sure the oil pump is hooked up? if not you will need to go with a oil/gas mix.

Also I'd mix the oil in the gas to start with. 1.5oz per gal. That way you'll know it's getting oil, a little extra won't hurt, just smoke more. more than likely the carb will have crap in it from old gas unless they drained it or ran it out before putting it up. new plug probably wouldn't be a bad idea either.

Good plan I was just looking at the motor and the oil tank is not hooked up.
Where is the injection pump located on the engine?
