The pros will chime in on this, but from what I have learned the weaker batteries will deteriorate your new batteries, so it is always recommended to replace the entire pack.

If your two good batteries can get a full charge. 12.73, you might could get away with 2 new batteries. But like everyone will tell you, a complete new set is the safest way to go.
