The start of the rear seat and finishing up the tub detail work.

I had a really hard time finding the push rivets for the front seat-tub rubber seal. Ended up using some round push rivets from a chevrolet truck and snipping two sides off with wire cutters so they would fit into the rubbers channel.

Mounting the seat was no easy task but I finally got it to work. I took the original hardware from the factory seat and drilled holes every 6" in the side to side supports. I then used #10 wood/metal screws to attach to the wood base of the aftermarket seat. Very strong now and no issues, lined right up and fit really well.

In the photo there are only a couple screws holding the frame to the seat. I was still testing/fitting...

Now the scary part......HEADLIGHTS AND TAILLIGHTS!!!

Cutting on my newly painted body was tough to do but went really well. I used a Drimel with a plastic cutting bit.

Last thing is the Jakes Brush Guard. Super easy to install and looks good as well. I thought, at first, that the lights might be blocked but its not even close. They shine under the top bar and it is no issue.

The things that are left to do are.

Re-Jet Carb, waiting on parts.
Install new steering wheel, waiting on parts.
Install rear seat cushions, XTInnovation recovering to match front seats.
Install top roll cage and arm rests, waiting on powder coating
Install top, XTInnovations covering the top to match the seats

Thats about it for now... I do plan to replace the beat up rockers but I will probably just replace with used stock plastic ones for now so not to break the bank any worse!

Hope everyone likes the job and I will post more as I do more in the near future.

Thanks,
