Default Need motor

Hello my neighbor has a 93 club car gasser and the motor has just locked up.I am guessing that their kids ran it a while with out oil.Is anybody selling a good used motor for that year?

Go to smallenginewarehouse and get a fe250 for 400.00 little less power but a quick fix

if you go with a 250. just up it and get a 350. more power! the 290 is a 9hp and the 350 is a 11hp as i recall. so why would you go down in power? dont even see a point....

Is the 350 the same or similar cost? I looked on The website tpg gave and didn't see an option for a 290 nor a 350. Where could he get one of those?

A 290 or 350 will cost over 1000.00 easily. If you can live with a little less power a very afffordable option. A friend puts them in Gators all the time, no one complains.
