1991 Marathon ezgo
I have a 1991 marathon electric ezgo golf cart. I have replaced the speed resister assembly, the solenoid and the motor. I was told the batteries were new. It runs great on concrete but as soon as I take it on the grass (which is level land) it dies out. I'm not sure what we should check next.

How fast is it running on concrete? Do you have a way to check the actual battery pack voltage?
