You know that old saying… “the customer is always right”? Sorry, I don’t follow that belief. To me it should be “the customer always THINKS they’re right”!

Agreed. I had one the other day tell me I should carry every part club car offers on the service trailer. Anybody got an 18 wheeler for sale?

Pffft.... You need to keep ALL parts to build at least 3 of each and every model of whatever carts were built... in your shop!

Customers... they just don't get that some parts just need to be ordered!

Look at it this way if it's a part for every cart made for 10 years that breaks or wears out on a daily basis can see having in stock, if a part that is needed once every 5 years why would you. Some parts are cheep to carry others may cost more than what you could make back to carry in inventory. Some parts are common some are almost special parts why would you carry them.
