You need to check the toe - in first. That will cause problems if it's not toed in at least slightly. Lifting and larger wheels changes the suspension geometry a lot.

It's actually a 6" but I swapped the front leaf springs from bottom of the axle to the top for more clearance.

OK, what 6" lift kit did you use? Drop axle, spindle or home made?

Did you square the front axle to the rear when you had everything apart? Here's an example of an out of square cart. Measure diagonally from each corner to corner to square it up. The front is the adjustable part if you loosen the leaf spring bolts.

Yes, weight on the rear will make a lifted cart very unstable if there isn't a passenger in the front seat also.

It is a Rox 6 inch spindle, And yes I have another passenger in the front seat but no I didn't screw anything up. The holes in the front brackets are not slotted so there's really nothing to square up?

The front has no slots but it can be out of square by 2" easily. I'm not saying it is, just something that you could check.

Yes, find a common point on the most outside part of front and rear axle so you can get a long diagonal measurement and cross check the opposite points. This will tell you how much out of square you are if any.

I know you said alignment (toe) was checked. Not sure how you do yours but the attached picture is the best way to adjust toe-in.
