non dcs controller swap to a dcs controller.
Here's the deal I have an ez go cart non dcs that had been struggling on hills and had a burning smell after driving it. Yesterday my uncle had came over and looked at it and took the controller cover off and we both noticed the board cover/box melted and warped. At my work we have an ez go cart for parts and I saw the controller was still intact do I took it off but it's dcs controller. Is there a way to make this work being that it was free I would love for this to be possible. The new controller is a ncx300/dcs

No. they are 2 completely different drive systems. You would have to change motor, F&R, and wiring
I have 2 NPX300ITS controllers New old stock $229 each This is direct replacement for your cart. |
