On the club car you have to have a one inch spacer under the front spring. I got it all from Steeleng, a site sponsor here.

I bought the spacer in a combo with the tires and rims, but it looks like it could easily be made if you can do that sort of stuff.

They make two different styles I think.

Took about 10 minutes. Remove those 4 bolts that hold the spring in the center, Jack the cart up in the front high enough to slip that spacer in, then reinstall the 4 bolts that come with the block.

Like I posted earlier the combo for the DS came with that spacer block for the front end. That's all you need. I haven't rode it yet to see if there is any scrubbing. I'll let you know.
