Here it is... in or around 2013

So what then transpired after this resolution? It seems CC lost the arbitration to Crown. At least most of the important parts. So I guess they continue to use Crown batteries? These would be after that set of legal fights and arbitration settlement. It seems the fault was in the faulty charge procedures that CC was using and not really the batteries so much. But CC was telling customers it was the batteries. We all heard that and Crown got a bad name for a while. But there also seems to be a lot of bad blood between them at least was then How they patched that up, if they did, I would like to know.

My 2012 had the CR model & in small print I think it said crown, I'll take a picture tonight.
