I'm pretty comfortable in the console (and very comfy on the dos prompt). Plus I been playing with RaspberryPI for a while, so I spend at least as much time at the terminal as I do in the GUI. I been at the dos prompt for many years, in school, I was writing this to autoexec for fun. Problem was, I was the only student in the room into computers enough to know what those files did, & just said "knock it off, smart guy"

@echo off
cls
1.bat (which says @echo off 2.bat)
2.bat (which says @echo off 1.bat)

Hi, new to the forum here. I have the same setup as the op. At 37 volts the pack would be at approximately 65%, I believe. When fully charged my pack reads 38.7 and drops to around 33 volts while starting on a steep hill. It then levels out closer to 37 or 38. What readings do you get on a full charge.

Full charge is measured 12 hours after the charger cuts off. If I recall, JohnnyB says 1 volt drop for every 100 amps. Mine almost never sees that much, except uphill.

Mine only drops that much on a steep hill ( my driveway). Normally stays pretty consistent. Also I have 23in. tires and utility bed.

Good point. I'm sure his info is based on stock tires (18") and stock rear-end, though both affect amp draw. I have stock both.

I just wanted to make sure... it should only drop that much on a steep hill??

I have 20" tires and a rear seat kit with no lift. It was only my wife on the cart with me at the time of taking the voltage reading where it dropped to 32v

I'm new to carts myself, but as stated mine drops on steep hills and then returns back to original voltage. I've got one of scottyb volt meters on mine. It works really well. You can watch the under load readings in real time. His state of charge charts say the reading shouldn't go below 31v for a fully charged pack. What size cables are you running?
