Re: RXV Lift Question
I have the 6" Rhox spindle lift. I am running 14" wheels with 23" tires. I also added spacers on the rear wheels. It feel stable up to my top speed of 26mph.

Re: RXV Lift Question
No problems adjusting the toe, but no option for the camber. Forgot to mention that I will be adding 1.5" wheel spacers on the rear as well to help stability and match up the stance with the front wheels.

Re: RXV Lift Question
I have a 6" lift on mine. I put 3" spacers in the back. The ride and the stance is great.

Re: RXV Lift Question
I have a 3" Jake's spindle lift on mine. My cart will do 27 mph on 20.7" tires. However, I rarely go that fast and mostly keep it 25 tops and below. The cart's suspension and steering are not designed even for those speeds, and I'm actually planning on removing the lift kit for more stable handling and presumed better ride at speed. If your alignment is off, or if you are toed-out, it is a scary ride that I do not recommend.

Re: RXV Lift Question
listen to this guy if you’re building that cart for your kids
Or get with Scottyb and put a mode lock 3 on it so you can have a safe setting. These carts at those speeds + kids = danger Will Robinson |

Re: RXV Lift Question
The boys won’t be driving for at least a few years, and then would be with me or my wife. Pretty sure at the point they can drive it, I will strip the lift off and put street tires on it. Totally agree, Just not worth the risk. I raced dirt bikes for 21 years, if my kids are anything like me I’m in trouble !!!!!

Re: RXV Lift Question
Go with 20.5" tires or smaller and you'll need no lift. Lifts increase instability due to higher center of gravity. I went with a lithium battery pack and 20.5" tires mounted on 14" wheels on my RXV. 205/40R14 from E-Z-GO.

Re: RXV Lift Question
I know ride and stability suffers, but it does not look as cool. I have had it both ways and prefer the lifted look, plus it sells way better around here. When I try to sell a cart without a lift, the first thing asked is if a lift can be added. I did choose a turf tire though for a smoother ride.
