First that wiring diagram you posted is for 6 volt batteries.

This is how I’ve done all of my DS carts. I make my own 4ga cables and use about 20-24” less cable than the stock setup by re-arranging them this way.

And before anyone gives me flack for it... The small wires are for a Single 14w LED headlight. It only draws about 0.75 amps when it’s on (checked it with my ammeter to be sure). I have those on almost all of my carts. They only tend to get used about 2-3 hours in a night and they’re only used about 4 months out of the year. I have had no issue with having such a low draw connected to only two batteries. It’s minuscule compared to a full Head and tail light set.

I appreciate the feedback. That's how I learn on here.

I found a CC DS 48V wiring diagram and I rearranged my entire pack to match the diagram. I hope this looks better. (Again, the black charge cable is still off till I'm done working on it).

I've got 49.2 volts on the pack, but that's because I haven't been able to charge my batteries yet.

I've also got 49 volts from the +solenoid and -controller. If I read right, that should be the proper voltage reading. So I'm assuming I have the pack wired properly.

I'm trying lol

Did you intentionally not connect the + and - charging connections?

Installed the new DC receptacle today. No change. Charger still faults out and turns off. Lester is going to send me a new charger. Process of elimination. I appreciate them offering a new replacement. Good customer service. Hopefully that solves my problem.

You know it also requires a positive connection. I don't see one in the picture.

Not a current picture. Just installed the new DC wiring harness yesterday. + to positive on number 1 battery, - to pack negative on number 6 battery. Still won't charge
