I have txt series cart. I have onboard charger I have bypassed the feed switch. Can I do away with the plugs and just wire the charger to the batteries?

One quick question. I have a green wire coming from charger. Does that connect to the wire that went to the reed switch?

What charger? The green wire isn't going to go the reed switch wire, but we need to know what charger to determine what has to be done with it.

I have factory installed quick q charger
The green wire has a tag on it that says “ do not connect to negative battery post, charger interlock” . It derminates at a 4 wire unused plug fwiw

I have often seen that wire connected to nothing. Check it to see if it supplies B+ when the charger is not plugged in to 120v.
