Any suggestions for a decent affordable winter cover?

I had a cart that came with one of those cheap Amazon enclosures. It had elastic hooks that hooked under the sides of the cart. It actually stayed on surprisingly well... maybe because it was lightweight? The old factory ones with snaps and Velcro are awful.

These bushings are kicking my a$$ and I needed a break.

Almost forgot. About 5 bucks. I don't know how it will look on a Precedent, this is on a DS.

And the FEMA tarps last about 1year here, FYI.

Rear bushings on a DS. Got 'em going my way now.

How do you get a whole year out of them?
