Can you check total pack voltage and repeat the test and report back. No need to check each individual battery. However voltage looks low based on what you have posted.

I guess I need to replace all of the batteries. In total, when in operation, they are about 8 volts (on an easy ride) less than the total. In other words, about 40v instead of 48v. I'm going to assume that no one's response to the request of the voltage means trying to test the batteries is mute.
