The short answer is yes. The why answer is ohms law.
The How answer is when voltage is reduced (as in the case of weak or even low charge batteries) where a motor draw is put on weak batteries and their voltage drops the amperage draw will increase significantly. The increased amperage produces heat in all of the components. |
