JohnnieB I purchased a factory style speed controller and installed. The problem I was having before was the cart was limited to 4 mph in forward and reverse. I installed the new one and I have full power going forward about 14 mph. I have nothing going in reverse. I swapped the f1 and f2 wires on top of the controller and it moves in reverse. I swapped the wires on the back of the switch with the f1 and f2 wires back to original location and forward won’t move in reverse and reverse moves going forward. Wouldn’t that mean I have another bad controller? Thanks for the help in advance |

Chances are yes. Does the reverse buzzer come on in reverse? If yes then definitely controller.

Re: 2007 Ezgo TXT 36v PDS
When rocker switch is in R, check for battery pack voltage on J1 Pin-2.
If it is there, the controller is bad. Install an Alltrax XCT48400-PDS and be done with it. |
