Default need flow chart for 1204 controller

I am in search of a diagnostics flow chart for a solid state 1992 e-z go, 1204 controller. I want to rule out the pot box as a cause for my problems. Have new batteries and currently upgrading cables to 2 gauge.

The pot box signal is 0-5k ohms. set your DVM to 20k ohms and plug a tester end into each of the female spade connectors that go to the controller. It should read 0 then depress the peddle and the meter should read up to 5500 +/- ohms. If it does your pot is working fine...
