Alltrax trouble code #2

I currently own a 2001 Club Car DS with an Alltrax DCX controller, Nivel 563 model. Recently the cart has been giving me problems. The controller will power up as normal, 7 blinking greens, and then it will either go solid green or give me two blinking reds. According two Alltrax website, two blinking red mean controller temp is -25C. On other occasions I will get he solid green and the cart might work for a few holes then just quit, blinking two reds. The batteries are new Trojan batteries, bought in April. I haven't had any problems until this past month. Any suggestions?

Call Alltrax.

I've heard of this problem before, but can't remember the cause.
