Default 08 Club Car 48volt wont go...

Carts been fine up till now.Batterys read 44.8...checked each battery an get 11.8-12.2...4x12v batterys

When I put it in reverve...the buzzer goes off...but cart will not go.

Where do I start?I don't know squat about electric carts.

Start by reading the State of Charge chart above. Your batteries need charging or are shot.

if soleniod isn,t clicking and battery voltage is good ( have you tried charging them since cart won,t move ) if not try charger to see if it works then jack the rear of cart up and put a jumper on large posts of soleniod than turn key on put in gear and press pedal see if wheels spin.......if so its either in the activation circuit or the soleniod went bad..............theres a better chance its the soleniod but not always 100%.............................

soleniod should have two 6 gage cables going to it and than some smaller wires i,m not 100% certain where it located on your cart but its in there with the batteries somewhere......on the small side not quite as big as a pop can and either round or square,....................................

I'll shoot some pictures tomorrow. We can go from there....but after more reading...an questioning the lot manager...Me thinks he blew a controller.Cart was left in "run" mode when he messed with batterys. He told me he had a loud BOOM an acid went flying.Everything looks okay....but I'll dig further.
