plum quick executioner motor for club car iq

I'm going to be installing a high torque motor in my dad club car. A few years ago Robby himself installed it and the controller. The cart has 23" tires on it and according to GPS the cart runs 34mph. But, the motor doesn't like that big of a tire. For what I do with the cart, I don't need speed, I have a fast vtwin powered ezgo for speed. Not really sure what to ask for the motor and controller so make me a reasonable offer. I have not removed them from the cart and don't really plan on it till I get the new motor and controller or till someone makes me the right offer.
The controller is a 500A GE that was also installed by plum quick.

my dads cart is a 2004 which is when they started with the iq system. if i knew then what i know now, i would have pushed my dad away from it

i have a 2000 cc sitting in the back yard if you want another one. its in rough shap, but i had complete custom intenstions for it when i bought. but then my dad passed and ive accuired his cart.
