Controllers
Reposting - I have two 2010 Precedents (PH), one red and one black. The red has speed code 4 and the black has speed code 3. Need to switch something so that red cart has speed code 3 and black cart has speed code 4. Considering changing bodies but requires taking flip seats off both, along with other installed items. Couldn't I just switch controllers? Are controllers easy to access and remove?

yes, just switch them out, make a note of the wiring BEFORE you remove any, should be pretty straight forward, and if the carts have a tow/run switch, put them in "tow" before starting
