I found a beard bench seat out of a rhino that needed to be recovered and used the frame that came with it to mount it. Works great.

Hey I bought a new from seat for my marathon some 1x1x1/8th angle to frame it out then I got some 3/4" EMT conduit and bent and brazed up my own with an oxyacetylene gas torch set. Made a nice step to get on and covered it with a piece of aluminum diamond plate. looks great and is very strong plus a nice little project. You'd be surprised how strong brazing is. Good luck.

I built mine with square tubing, plywood, a carpet mat/run from home depot and $20 worth of scrap vinyl and padding from a local shop. I don't have a welder YET, so it was all nuts and bolts. I had well under $100 in mine.

Thanks everybody. I just purchased a stationary kit on ebay form the GolfCartKing for $295. I bought the one for the txt but I called him and he said he would send brackets that made it work with the marathon with the order for free. I think he would definitely have more business if he advertised on his listings that he had these brackets.
