Like I said ABOUT 20% more I did not say exactly 20% and I guess we can assume it was the same 5 miles driven 3 different times in a row without stopping for the comparison.

Don’t forget about any accessories you might be running. Not sure if your cart has lights or stereo but the accessories will drain your pack also if you’re running a reducer. That extra 30% that liberty is talking about will really come in handy.

Roady and sak00, Are you saying that you ran the resistor cart by just going from 36v to 48v using existing coils/solenoids etc....?

Yes people have done it (I don't suggest it) ~ I did it on an 89 CC which I successfully drove for nearly a year like that. The resistor coils are out of the system at wide open throttle. So I drove W.O.T. and coast, WOT and coast.... no problem, then one day my wife got in the cart and slowly drove down the road.... The cart had a major meltdown in less than a mile.
