Default 97 ez go electric

i just bought 6 newbattries for my cart it still will not run the lights come on and the back up buzzer. someone please help.

1=Have you ever seen it run?
2=Does the solenoid click when you try to go?
3= Is there a toggle switch on the controller cover under the passenger seat?

when you press the gas somthing clicks.it was running last year.when i press the pedal all the way to floor it tries to go but wont.

i do. it tries to go but it acts like something slipping when u press gas to floor

Where is this slipping noise coming from, can you tell??? sounds like you may have a striped brake hub maybe, check back by each of the rear tires and see if thats where the noise is coming from

Check each individual battery for voltage. I have seen manufacturers accidentially reverse the voltage on the initial charge and you install them and scratch your head wondering why the cart doesn't run......

i took the motor off put a jumper wire then run 2 wires to batteries motor does nothing does hat mean its bad if so how much to rebuild

Well since you never answered Scotty's question #3, we have no idea if you hooked up the motor correctly for the test you did.....

Series and Sepex motors hook up differently for testing purposes.
