Wink Re: TXT runs really slow

The speed senor that goes into the motor from drivers side tells the cart how fast it is compared to the throttle position. You need a set of snap rings to take the clip out. Then pull the senor plug out. The magnet is screwed into the motor shaft. If it's just wobbling around and isn't tight it will cause this effect. I have the magnets if you need one.
Not a good picture but it's on the left side going into the motor.

Andy and Courtesy, Thanks. I am very much an amature and not now how attach a magnet or what kind of magnet to use. any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Andy, I read your suggestion about the magnet. Is there a step by step on the web somewhere?

whats strange is were describing the exact same issues but are getting different advise, i was about to buy a controller until i found this thread, if a soleniod or speed sensor will fix it thats alot cheaper than a controller, not hyjacking bamas thread but mines doing the exact same thing
