Default 1992 ezgo 36volt

i have a crarge / battery problem.
every time i try to charge bats the wires coming from the back of the plug to the bats start getting hot and charger cuts off !
the bats are 2008
total bats out put are 35.33 volts
average bat is at 5.90 volts
the charger is a total charge III
note i tryed a different charger same problem
ALL connetions are clean and tight.

Take the charger plug apart on the cart and clean the contacts good. Then make sure all the connections are good. Make sure everything is in the correct order.

Andy you don't think he may need new radsoks? The hot wires indicate a bad or intermittent connection ....

Radsoks located in the charger receptacle EZGO TXT 1994 & up

I have only thrown one set away. The rest I have saved by filing and sand paper. One thing to look for is the diameter of them. May need to close it up or open it up.
