Radial Tires for the cart
I found radials on line: Carlisle Tour Max Radial Golf Cart Tires 519-148. Anyone tried these? I have on brand new Kenda Pro Tour tires and they seem to hop a little. Thought the Radials might give a smoother ride.
Any information on these or any tire that will be more evenly round than the PRO TOUR would be helpful. Lou |

See if you can have them spin ballanced and look at the tire for a out of round condition.

Re: Radial Tires for the cart
I would rather just throw the Kenda away and go with a radial, just trying to get the best tire avail for a smooth ride. Kenda Pro tour are just a cheap golf course tire. They came on the cart, so no big deal to dump them.

Re: Radial Tires for the cart
I've never tried them but radial tires will ride smoother that the normal bias ply tires.
The new E-Z-GO 2Five LSV comes standard with 205/50-10" radials. |

Re: Radial Tires for the cart
No more hopping. I talked the the local EZ Go dealer and he said to put more air in the tires. What??? I thought that would just make it worse and ride ruffer also. Not so. I put 30 lbs in all the tires, the hop is done and no major change in the ride that I can notice. Must be that my cart is so heavy.

Re: Radial Tires for the cart
You will get more speed and run time with the higher pressures, I run mine at 25psi with no hop.
