i bought a 1996 cart elect, green in color,has a 2"x2" sticker on the side under hip restraint that says 30. it also has an extra leaf on the bottom of leaf spring pack,short about one foot in lenght. everything looks the same as my 96 txt. maybe a service cart with the heavy duty rear springs???

the number 30 is going to be a golf course number.

i have seen the 3 leaf springs on a standard cart. the 3-leaf springs are called stage 2. HD springs have 4 in their pack.

you can run your serial number at shopezgo.com, or post it here and someone will run it for you.

It's a '96, could be a Medalist OR a TXT. Medalist has a metal body, TXT has a plastic body.

Also, if there is a toggle switch on the controller cover it's a DCS drivetrain. If there is no toggle switch it is a Series drivetrain.
