Default Intermittent squeak---Not brakes

I had a sound coming from the rearend area of my '98 EZGO TZT and it sounded like brake shoes dragging. I only heard the sound after I would be parked and then started moving. The more speed I gained, it would quiten down. I decided to go ahead and do a brake job and did. Still had the squeaking sound when I'd first take off. I pulled the pin's on the brake lever (at the end of the brake cable on backside of brake flange) to release any tension. Still had a squeak. I pulled brake drums off and still have the squeaking noise that gets quiter if you speed up. I don't have a stethascope so used a screwdriver to listen around the area of both axle bearings and the squeak doesn't seem to be coming from the bearings. I listened to the outside of the differential housing and couldn't tell anything there either.
I'm about out of hair to pull Soooo, was hoping some of you guys that have the know how could possibly shed some light on my dilema. Any suggestions and/or ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!

leaf springs. I took mine off and apart. Coated them with high preasure grease about 300 miles ago and no more squeak.

Thanks for the reply Villager. I don't think it's the springs; I've already had that experience before and corrected it. The intetmettent squeak is somewhere within the rearend housing.
