Charging issue
I have a 48v EZGO PDS that will not take a charge. I am using an on board charger that shows it charging and I hear the fan running but my voltage will not get above 46.8v. Each battery is at 7.8v when I check with the meter. Anyone have any ideas? I am sure I am missing something.

Re: Charging issue
Is it the cart in your avatar? Can you post up some pics of the battery compartment and wiring?

Re: Charging issue
I don't really have a way to post pictures right now. The cart was running great. Used it a little to long and drained the batteries. Now I can't get the charger to get voltage over 46v. I even tried just hooking battery up to regular battery charger but that didn't seem to help either.

Re: Charging issue
Sounds like it might be a battery issue? Can you test your batteries?

Re: Charging issue
I am not showing 60 volts at the posts that the charger is hooked to. All the lights on the charger seem to be showing normal use. I tried unplugging the on board charger thinking maybe it would reset but still no go.
