EZGO charger not coming on
Have '98 EZGO. All batteries are 6+ volts, total voltage has not been below 35.4 volts (same at batteries & plug in receptacle). Taken charger to dealer twice & both times charger runs on test bench. Any help appreciated.

Re: EZGO charger not coming on
Okay in the other thread we already verified your AC supply.
When you plug the charger into the cart do you hear the relay click in the charger after a moment or 2? if no the charger does not see the batteries. Try lifting the plug or wedging a flat screwdriver under the plug in the receptacle..... wait a moment and see if the relay clicks? if it does the receptacle is worn and the radsoks must be replaced. |

Re: EZGO charger not coming on
I've wiggled & jiggled the plug & the relay never kicks in. I'll try wedging a screwdriver under it when I get home.

Re: EZGO charger not coming on
The charger finally started with a screwdriver wedged hard on the right hand flat side of plug & cart got it's first good charge in over 2 months. Which needs to be replaced, plug or receptacle?
