Default 2005 Club Car 2Q (03 IQ)

Have replaced just about everything, do not have the batteries hooked up and the motor is HOT!
I could really use a wiring diagram but cannot seem to locate one for this cart.
Help
Thanks
Ray

The first two numbers in the serial number.
I checked out "club car IPL's and it appears the wiring from the controller is wrong.
I will correct that and see what happens. The controller was replaced and put back so that is the first thing I will correct.
Thanks for the info.

Oh I gotcha. It's a Re-manufactured car with a 2Q serial number. A DS IQ diagram should work perfectly. Sorry for the confusion, the Lime-a-ritas were flowing good last night.

That is what someone else said, it was re-manufactured, what exactly does that mean?

[QUOTE=powermgr;744717]That is what someone else said, it was re-manufactured, what exactly does that mean?[/QUOTE

Remanufactured means that Club Car aquired the cart, took apart to the frame, and rebuilt it with new parts
