Not a bad idea for charging the batteries for future reference in winter time.

I have the same problem. I have a deep cycle marine charger do you think I could use this to do the same thing, and should I do 1 battery at a time or leave them in series

Did you charge each battery individually or did you put the charger on in series and let it charge all of them at once? Sorry this post is similar to my last but I'm confused as to exactly how it was done and I'm new to the club car which we bought a month ago and the batteries won't charge after sitting for 2 weeks. And as I asked in my last post Can I use my deep cycle marine battery charger. Sorry if I seem stupid in this matter but I don't want to screw up

Happy to help - what charger do you have exactly? We need specs to know what the output is then we can advise on how it can be applied.

then use the 2 amp 6 volt side of the charger, for a 8 volt battery, that should get it back up so your regular cart charger will work, provided the batteries are still good, and will take a charge

Do them individulally

you could also use the 2 amp 12 volt side, but you would need to keep an eye on it, don't just plug it in and forget it.

Ok I will have to use the 2 amp 12 volt side because I misread the indicator and there is only a 15 amp 6 volt side. Working on it now will post after. I am using my larger Schumacher charger set at 2 amps 12 V because it has a manual timer on it so I have it set for 30 Min. Will do each individual battery this way.
