First cart build would like some in put

ok guys I have club car 48v and I am in the middle of lifting it with a 10 inch lift and putting 26 inch tires on it. the motor is 3.10 hp what all up grades should I do to my cart to get the best speed out of it?

So everyone knows i have a lot at a camping park and only electric golf carts are aloud so going to a gas motor is out.

Any one with some info that would be a great help

26" tires are over the top for an electric cart. You will need some major upgrades. What did you have in mind?

well was thinking of up grading the motor,speed control, put the 8 to 1 gear kit in and then im stuck after that what else can be done

What is your goal with the cart? How fast is fast enough? Gears are prob uncalled for unless you want 30+mph. D&d motor took me from 14mph to 28.6 mph.. 23"tires got me to 30mph but I also have a 650 alltrax so its got enough torque to pop wheelies at will and climb any hill in front of me, even straight up a tree!!

would u be willing to give me all the info on the motor and alltrax and were to buy them what you have would be great i just want to be able to keep up with friends on there carts up at my camp

And the controller doesn't add speed. Just torque

Checkout the sponsors at top of page there is a lot that sell the Alltrax controllers and also checkout EMP and PQ for a motor
