36 volt club car no go
I just got a (broken) 36 volt club car with new batteries, used it for 1 day and all the sudden it quit. You flip on the key put it F and got the accelerator pedal and it lunges foreward about 1/4 inch and that's it. What should I check first? Batteries are putting out 37.5 volts on a fresh charge. All I can find as far as#s are is a serial # of: A9301 314875 the motor# is:5BC48IB764
Thanks who ever can point me in a direction to fix er back up. :) |

Re: 36 volt club car no go
Have you opened up the v glide to make sure the super arm is covering the full range?
If it is, then it is probably the solenoids. If you want to do it completely right, upgrade the cart to a solid state drive system... |

Re: 36 volt club car no go
37.5 is only 80% charged. Prob not causing your issue just saying. Can you take a picture of the battery compartment and post it?

Post the serial # so we can see what year and drive system you have. Can you hear any solenoids clicking when you try to go?
