did you check wires ? check conatunity with a ohm meter
it is a hit and miss when there is a problem like this

I checked all the cables. But to be honest, I don't really know how to you my multimeter, I have never been able to. So I don't know how, and im not scared to admit it

Check and make sure when you press on the acc pedal that the vglide is all the way on the top contact when fully pressed or you have a bad battery??

yea it goes all the way to the top pad, but speed doesn't change from top pad to 2nd from top pad. It's just slow all the way thru the gas range. And they are fully charged, 48v, brand new batteries???

K have you checked if the resistors are not broke, i will say this though those carts are not real fast even running fine. I would also check motor for brush dust try blowing it out.

What wires exactly am I checking. I wonder why the speed is not changing on the v glide. Can I check the last diode???

Im not sure if you read were I corrected my original post, I have 2 carts Im having problems with and 2 posts. I got the carts mixed up, this one is a 1999, not the 94. I have a 94 that runs circles around this one. So you are saying that the 99 are not very fast because the 94 is??? Yes resistor are not broke..
