Help with controller
I have a 2005 48v precedent that I already run in the 26-28 mph range. Will this help at all or at 150$ is it worth having as a spare? I still have stock controller
Thanks |

Voltage = Speed With this being said. Most people upgrade their controllers to 400 500 or 700 amp to help with get up and go or pull power when adding larger tires. It might help you get to your 26-28 mph faster but will not raise you above your 26-28 mph. Voltage will do that. The question is are you 200% sure this is a working unit or are you going to hand a stranger $150 and get left with a paper weight? I purchased a referb upgraded controller for my cart with a 1yr warranty for $300. Food for thought. IF it works then its always nice to have a spare or the extra amperage is always nice if you have larger tires. |
