Un-plug the two pin connector from the MCOR and test the MCOR for continuity on these two pins. It should have continuity whenever the pedal is depressed and the micro switch clicks. If there is ever an instance where continuity is not present, but the pedal is depressed, the MCOR has failed.

His website has the prices listed, and it's not hard at all to change. The worst part is getting under the cart to do it.
