I mean nothing different still clicks. No movement. I'm thinking controller im going to mess around with it and see if I find anything.

Maybe it's a dumb question, but why are there 2 cables on S2? What else is the black cable attached to?

Ok I have changed out the controller with one off another cart. Now I guess it just leaves the motor to check.

That looks like a 2-speed Motor.
Hooked up as is, there are two "Stator" coils in parallel and you get the maximum speed. If You disconnect that short cable from LR to S2, You get max torque (but lower speed). You can disconnect the cables from the motor and test the coils/windings individually. Your should have continuity between: S1 and S2 No Continuity between: A1 and S1 |
