Lifted and super slow, narrowing down probs
Hey guys, just got txt (I think) it’s been franken built.... anyway, it’s 36v. At first I noticed the rear end was super loud, thought it was motor, did a swap and same thing so it’s the rear end; I’ve got another I’ll be swapping later.
Slow! Up any incline it’s really slow like the batteries were dead, all voltages are 3.2-3.3. Could the problem be in the rear end? Or maybe electrical? The cart does have a club car adon switch for torque or speed; which seems I can’t bypass as I tried that(removing wires from motor and just leaving the 4) |

Re: Lifted and super slow, narrowing down probs
Batteries that drop to 3.anything under load are total garbage batteries. Also, at this point, pulling wires off of anything isn't gonna get you anywhere. Try hooking your meter to all the batteries at once, then driving it. If they are dropping below 31v for more than a second while driving, batteries are total losers. Also charge them and check them 12 hours after charge to see if they are getting fully charged, that reading needs to be above 38v (the waiting period is important).
